Terms and Conditions

Strasburg Coaching, LLC  ·  Last Updated: July 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use ("TOU") carefully. You must agree to these TOUs before you are permitted to use any digital or downloadable resources, membership, online course, one-on-one or group coaching, class, program, workshop, or training, or enter any online private forums operated by Strasburg Coaching, whether on a website hosted by Strasburg Coaching or a third-party website such as an online course platform (collectively "the Program").

If you do not agree with these TOUs, you may not use the Program.

As used in these TOUs, the term "Releasees" is defined to include the following: (i) Strasburg Coaching, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, owners, members, managers, directors, officers, past and present employees, agents, coaches, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively "the Company"); (ii) any Company volunteers; and (iii) Madeleine Strasburg.

Section 1 — Participants

You will receive the services outlined on the web page where you register.

If you wish to participate in another session of the Program in the future or purchase any other event tickets, products, programs, or services from the Company, all terms of these TOU will continue to apply unless superseded by another agreement in writing.

If you cancel and then decide to join the Program again at a later time, you will be charged at the current rate, regardless of any special offers or discounts you received in the past.

This Program is intended for and suitable only for individuals aged 18 and above. Some of its content may not be appropriate for children. The Company hereby disclaims all liability for use by individuals under the age of 18.

Section 2 — Payment

You agree to the fees and payment schedule selected at checkout.

Section 3 — Use of Paid Courses, Programs, and Associated Material

The Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our courses, programs, and associated material (collectively the "Courses") for your own personal or internal business use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Courses in any manner.

By ordering or participating in Courses, you agree that the Courses you purchase or download may only be used by you for your personal or business use and may not be sold or redistributed without the Company's express written consent.

By ordering or participating in Courses, you further agree that you shall not create any derivative work based upon the Courses, and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the Courses.

Section 4 — Cancellation and Refund Policies

A. THE MONEY MOMENTUM PROGRAM (Regular and VIP)

The Money Momentum Program is a cohort-based coaching experience. Because cohort seats are limited and enrollment directly impacts program structure and delivery, the following policies apply.

No Refund Policy
All sales for the Money Momentum Program are final. The Company does not offer refunds for any reason after enrollment is confirmed and payment is processed.

Before enrolling, we encourage you to review the free Clarity Jumpstart Guide and the program details page, and contact us at madeleine@strasburgcoaching.com with any questions. Enrollment is an informed decision, and we want you to feel confident before you commit.

Pause Option
If you are experiencing a significant life circumstance that prevents you from actively participating in the program, you may request a 30-day program pause. During the pause, your Teachable dashboard access remains open and all program materials remain available. Your cohort participation resumes at the end of the 30-day period.

To request a pause, contact madeleine@strasburgcoaching.com with your name, enrollment date, and reason for the pause request. Pause requests must be submitted within the active program period. The Company, at its sole discretion, determines whether a pause is granted.

Cohort Transfer Option
If you are unable to continue with your current cohort within the first 14 days of the program start date, you may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort. No additional payment is required. Your progress, workbooks, and access transfer to the new cohort.

To request a cohort transfer, contact madeleine@strasburgcoaching.com within 14 days of your cohort start date. Transfers are subject to availability in future cohorts and are granted at the Company's sole discretion. After the 14-day window, cohort transfers are no longer available.

Payment Plans
If you enrolled on a payment plan and do not request a cohort transfer within the 14-day window, you are required by law to complete all remaining payments of your payment plan, regardless of whether you continue to actively participate in the program.

If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

Chargebacks
Since we have a clear and explicit refund policy in these TOU that you agreed to before purchasing the program, we do not tolerate or accept any chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company or payment processor. If a chargeback is placed on a purchase, or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account, which could negatively impact your credit report score. The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make payment for the amount of the chargeback.

B. MOMENTUM MEMBERSHIP ($59/month)

The Momentum Membership is billed monthly. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting madeleine@strasburgcoaching.com before your next billing date.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following month. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

Once your membership is cancelled, your access to the Teachable dashboard, the Maddie Strasburg Coach AI, the private community, and all membership content will be terminated at the end of your paid billing period.

C. 3-DAY FINANCIAL RESET CHALLENGE — $27 LIFETIME ACCESS REPLAY

All sales of the $27 Lifetime Access replay package are final. No refunds are issued for digital products after purchase and delivery of access.

D. ONE-ON-ONE INDIVIDUAL COACHING — ENGLISH

When you purchase the 24-session Program, you agree to pay in full the amount stated on the Plans and Pricing page before scheduling the initial paid session. You may use your twenty-four (24) sessions within one year of the purchase date.

The Company provides a 14-day money-back guarantee from the program's purchase date. To qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work discussed and assigned in the sessions and that it did not work for you (worksheets, showing up to coaching sessions, creating a budget, listing the debt, etc.). In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team at madeleine@strasburgcoaching.com and let us know you'd like a refund within 14 days after the date you purchased the program ("Refund Period"). You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. You will not be granted a refund if you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the end of the Refund Period.

You must submit ALL of the following items with your request for a refund:

Requirement 1: Tell us why the sessions did not fit you and your financial goals. What did you expect that you did not get once you started getting individual coaching sessions?

Requirement 2: Complete and attach the work completed for at least two coaching sessions. (Goal setting, Financial Snapshot, a Zero Based Budget, 7 Unintentional / Intentional Models)

We will NOT provide refunds for any request made more than 14 days after your purchase date. After the Refund Period, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for full payment of the program fees regardless of whether you complete the program.

If you receive a refund, all licenses granted to you to use the program materials are immediately terminated. You shall immediately cease using the material and destroy all copies.

All refunds are discretionary, as determined by Strasburg Coaching, LLC.

E. MENTORIA FINANCEIRA — PROGRAMA PERSONALIZADO / ONE-ON-ONE COACHING (PORTUGUÊS)
