Not exactly. Budgeting is part of Module N, but it's not the focus. Most women already know they should budget. The Academy focuses on why they don't — and how to change that pattern. The Pause & Recovery System, the Thought Download, and the CTFAR Model address the emotional and behavioral side that budgeting tools skip.
The Pause & Recovery System (PRS) is the flagship framework of the M.O.N.E.Y. Academy. The Pause is a 4-step process used before an impulse purchase or financial decision. The Recovery is a 4-step process used after a financial mistake — helping women return to their plan quickly without shame or a complete restart. Return, Not Restart.
The Money Reset is a 3-step tool to bring the thinking brain back online before any financial activity. Step 1: Am I safe right now, in this moment? Step 2: Notice where tension lives in the body. Step 3: Relax the body — scan, notice, release. A regulated body makes clearer money decisions.
The program is designed for six months of active participation with weekly group coaching calls. The 30 lessons are self-paced and available immediately upon enrollment. The Coach Madeleine Strasburg AI (Delphi) is available 24/7 between sessions.
Yes — especially if you're in debt. Module E includes the debt payoff sequence (taught with the Debt Snowball method), and Module O helps you face your real numbers without shame. Debt is addressed directly. As Madeleine teaches: debt steals your choices. Paying it off is how you reclaim them.

The coaching and community are in English, but Madeleine is a bilingual coach and the podcast is available in Portuguese (O Dinheiro Não É o Seu Problema). Portuguese-speaking women are warmly welcome in the Academy. Madeleine switches naturally between languages.
